Most of the parts are beefy with the legs at about 2 5 by 1 5 and the stretchers at 1 5 square. Although it isn t primarily used to cut angles it can do it with precision and accuracy. The finished top will be 2 x 71 4 x 17 so make your model 3 4 x 35 8 x 81 2.
Preparation is important to a clean cut. It involves outlining the cut on. Take a piece of 3 4 pine and cut it to half the size of the finished sawbench.
